Return Policies

We strive to ensure that we supply our clients and customers with the highest quality and freshest products. However, we understand that incidents happen and not everything will always go according to plan. So we’re here to help! We offer _ returns within _ days of purchase. You can return eligible items for store credit, a replacement item, or a refund to the original payment method.


Return Limitations

Please note that the following limitations apply when attempting to return products:

● Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

● Returned items must have tagging, labeling, and/or makings still on them and be returned in the

original product packaging.

● Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

● Perishable items such as food are not accepted for return. However, at our discretion, we may issue a refund or replacement.


To begin a return on your eligible products please follow the instructions below and a specialist will contact you and guide you through returning your eligible products.


How to initiate a Refund:

If you feel as though you would not like a replacement item and would like a refund reinstated to your original payment method then please contact refund@wagyucattleclub.com. If you are going to initiate a refund for a product please ensure you have the following information to assist in the approval of your refund:

● Photographic evidence of damage to your product(s).

● Receipt of your purchase.

● Order Confirmation Number

● Shipment Tracking ID


NOTICE:

● It may take 3-5 business days to fully process your request for a refund. It may take an additional 3-5 days for an approved refund to appear on your statement.

● Customers are still responsible for any shipping charges incurred unless expressly stated otherwise in your return confirmation e-mail.
